Our Roast Pumpkin and Herb loaf is organic, gluten, dairy and refined sugar free, paleo and vegan. The base ingredient is fresh, stone milled, whole buckwheat flour, milled in our GF premises. The loaf is packed with chia seeds and linseeds and includes Kelp powder with more than 74 minerals. The other key ingredients are sea salt and tapioca flour. This bread is fantastic for gourmet toast, it is particularly moist and nourishing. This loaf has a cult following and cannot be compared when loaded with butter and marmite or jam. It is also fantastic with cheeses and eggs, and even just hummus!
