Our Pizza oven runs: - Weekends in December

                                   - Every day from Boxing Day to Waitangi Day, weather permitting

                                   - Weekends in February

                                   - Occasional special events

Charlies wood-fired pizzas are a summer holiday specialty. Just like our gelato, we make them the authentic Italian way. We prepare our own pizza dough from scratch in our kitchen, leaving it to proof overnight. Each summer morning we fire up the outdoor oven with local mānuka and start serving the freshest and tastiest traditional-style pizzas you will find.
